With a 42" the whole focus is still on one screen but just bigger and the picture is also percepted as such.

I had surround and it did not impress me nearly as much as my Bravia.
The whole concept does not make much sense to me.

The point of Surround/Eyefinity is IMO to provide peripheral vision. It helps in racing, flight, and T/FPS games because you can see more than on a single display.
When some day I get rich, I'll get 3x 24" 1920x1080 displays and a graphics card to run 'em. Gonna be epic.

Don't know if you played shooters or driving games, but in surround, the ambiance is amazing in that.

Even if your gaze is at the central screen, you still, have a surround eye vision and you notice, even blurry, what is going on the sides.

It really puts you into the game. A lot more than stare at a big ass huge monitor in front of you, or sit a few feet from the TV, which in turn for me at least, misses the whole point of high res playing.

Don't know what you got an A for, but I'm pretty sure its not for you analytical ability

The one advantage a surround setup has is the resolution.
But playing at such a res with good fps and max settings requires such a setup as yours

When I had surround I had 580 SLI (borrowed from a friend while he was on vacation) and seriously at 2560x1280 Warhead Enthusiast settings maxed out ....I did not even reach 30 FPS with both cards max overclocked.
On the Bravia on the other hand I easily hit 70FPS.

Also the Bravia requires HDMI ->DVI connector which in my oppinion makes the gameplay and the screen feel lethargic with fast paced games.
But for example Assassins Creed Brotherhood just looks stunning!
Games like Crysis and Dirt 3 are better played on smaller sized monitors optimally surround to enhance the picture width but unfortunetly not the depth

This solution of eyefinity is the only one that makes sense to me:

I don´t know but you have a way of being nice and provocative at the same time

I got an A for enhanced display and analysis of the mind, behavior and depiction of people exposed and acustomed to electronical communication and socialization.

The main factors and catalysts were : aggravation, condescension and insult.

But enough of that^^

I again want to apologize for assuming you to be someone you are not.
After being exposed to a certain pattern one tempts to generalize
You are doing really productive things with your cards I did not believe it posisble ^^

Now concentrate on my above post
