ok here is a pic of how my mobo looks like

http://www.dancetech.com/aa_dt_new/articles/pc_build_xp2000_kt333/build_pc_xp2000_case_standoff_pegs.jpg

disregard the red circles but the red arrows are important

the 2 at the bottom right side are stuck to the motherboard!

also am i suppose to use the red ones in this picture? if so where?

looking like another ram issue here, get 1 sick of ram (not same ram) from another system or friend and try with 1 stick of ram only. Yea I just looked at board, use 1st and 3rd memory slots.

Ahh, ram placement.

Try 1st and 3rd slots...if that fails try slots 2 and 4.

The PSU thing still stands, you need to get a better one to be safe.

I Agree with Klue, get yourself a better powersupply as with the one you have you are severely limited to what you can do with the rig.
