I don't get the whining, really. If a game is great fun to play, who cares if it doesn't look so good you can see every wrinkle in an old man's nutsack? I guess if you've spent thousands of dollars on high-end hardware, you'll want a game that can max it out, but you know what? Crytek isn't responsible for your financial decisions, son.
Ouch! Take that whiners.

Not trying to be a hater but im sure that they didn't use CE3 true potential, who said PC gaming was about great graphics only? We are a different community with different needs, we use AA, Crossfire, console tweaking, mod tools, Enter instead of "Start" and more things this game lacks.

I wanted to see some jungle fight, Ice levels but they gave us urban action because crappy consoles couldn't handle the huge maps....The game does look different from the console version but it isn't what i was expecting.

One thing I miss is shooting down trees! IDK why but that was fun in Crysis
That's because there are no jungles and a million blades of grass and a thousand tree to render in Crysis 2. If you play Crysis 1 @ VeryHigh in the indoor scenes where the engine only has to render walls and flat smooth surfaces, your fps would be way higher too.

And with mods, Crysis 1 easily beats the crap out of Crysis 2 in terms of graphics.

Ok, so why wasn't there a PC version ready for the demo? Why did it say Press Start etc etc?!

They're bulling us!

99% of games don't have Dx 11, only 5.6% of players can run it and of those 5.6% less than half can run it WELL enough to where it doesn't become a slideshow.

And the Multiplayer is MUCH better compared to Crysis 1.
So? The point is to stress new hardware technologies, which is what they stated in the beginning. Metro is a decent, abet badly coded dx11 game.
And Crysis 2 doesn't even have dx10? Comeon!!?!?!

Stop making excuses.

And multiplayer in Crysis 2 is called Call of Duty: MW.

HMM where have I heard this before, o yeah http://www.overclock.net/video-game-...aled-down.html

BF3 hasn't been released yet and they have made that claim, crytek makes it after the game has been released. Seems like they are trying to gain customers by claiming things that aren't true. Seems like a desperate plea for damage control.

Source? If so, this is pathetic. It confirms what most of us know already: Crytek's main focus for this round of Crysis was catering to consoles.

Way to cripple your own product, Crytek.
