its time for a NEW BUILD!!!

Thread Starter
id like to build a new computer. keeping my current Lian Li case.....and my current PSU, and current liteon DVD drive, and my current HDD. im thinking of using the i7-2600, but an wanting your help in deciding the rest..........

either way i want the following..........
1. quad core (obvious)
2. 8gb MINIMUM memory
3. video card.....(dont game much anymore other than black ops here and there) but would still like something wicked in case a great new game comes out.
4. super nice MOBO.

also should i keep my tuniq tower or is there something better?

i dont get to do a full rebuild too often, so id like this sucker to last 4 or so years, as my current one has.

my wife says i should just get a prebuilt dell, im actually considering it too......my brother wants to sell me his 16gb 27"quad core iMac for $1000.00

help me guys............direct me!!!

Should hold you pretty solid for the time frame you said.
