It is a legit website, as far as I've known to care. They acquire a ton of physical game copies (somehow) and sell you the game's CD key. Myself and a few people that I know have used them without any outstanding issues. My friend's HomeFront key was already in use, so they sent him another one just like that (or so he told me). My friend's Steam account and his friend's accounts, which did already have games on them, AFAIK have not encountered any issues yet.
I got their Russian version of Black Ops. I had to turn over access to my Steam account to them, which was new, so that they could activate Black Ops via a VPN in Russia. Then I had to download the English files, which they provide, and delete and copy the necessary files. I've had Black Ops revert to the Russian language once or twice since, but that was mostly my own doing. Like I said, they are legit, and I haven't had any problems yet, which also includes the credit card that was used to purchase the game.
