Very Slow Extracting rate after changing some settings

Thread Starter
I forgot what hard drive settings I changed a couple weeks back, but now, when I try to extract 300mb files, its taking me at least 5 minutes, when it usually use to take me 15-20 seconds. What could it possibly be? q9550, everything else is the same in sig. Using 7-zip, measured speed is about 1500kb/s.
