BIOS temps vs CoreTemp

I am seeing a BIOS cpu temp of 50c and a coretemp reading of 37c. Which one should I go by?Which is the more accurate reading?

coretemp more accurate
bios " cpu" temp is just a guess by bios.
There is no IHS sensor on the i7
