Anyone do aluminum work?

Anyone on here weld aluminum stock? I'd like to have an aluminum frame made for a water cooling enclosure. I'd appreciate any help!

I do as do most welders but you need to specify what type of alum you are talking about are there are MANY different kinds. The only difference between welding alum and steel is that you have to be faster with alum because of the lower melting point.

That and the different voltages, wires, machine, etc...

Thread Starter 
The type is 3/4" OD hollow square tube. I wanna make an aluminum 12"x12"x12" cube basically. A local shop wanted $165 with mats and welding or $65 for just labor which means they either wanted to by $100 worth of material or tack on even more labor cost. My friend can if I buy a spool of wire and the 100% argon, but that's a lot for a one time use. I can either order mats or pay for it as long as it's not 3 four foot bars for $100...
