Well, just check the sticker on the RAM; that shows the recmmended timings. Try anyway to relax them, setting higher latencies, at least until you don't start OC, if you will.

With random freezing like your having, I always start by testing the memory! Also know that the high density 4Gb memory modules don't like to run over there rated speeds! So stick to 1600MHz, or below, and if you have the memory command rate set to 1T, try setting it to 2T.

I have the same problem. But with the G Skill Ripjaws X 1600MHz CAS7 and my MOBO ,the extreme, some how its frezee my computer.

EDIT: AWESOME, it passed my overnight test!!!
thanks for the help guys. For those of you who have this problem, manually setting the timings and increasing the voltage a little helps!!
