i still think its a little high for stock clock to be honest, but if you are not planning on overclocking anytime soon, its well within the safe temps. in most real world applications, you wont get temps anywhere near prime95 or ibt. your 940 idles at similar temps as my 950 at stock, just normal usage and gaming, my chip doesnt go over 50'C

The lna is the low noise adapter for Noctua fans...lowers the rpms from ~1300 to ~900 iirc. Keep in mind that when you say "65-70", the 5 degree difference is actually quite large. If you hit a max of 70 degrees but average a bit lower, I think your temps are fine; I had the same cooler and cpu.
