If youre loads temps stay around 70C or below youre doin good.
Idle temps look nice.... 30c? Im at around 34-36C with my push/pull.

How's it execute software/games?

Idle temps are normally between 30-40c, with a push/pull configuration.
It fluctuates a lot depending on my room temperature. If I leave the door closed for a few hours I can expect a rise to 40+c.

When doing video encoding, I rarely see it surpass 60c.

Pretty decent. I get around mid-high 60's at 4.0 GHz but without hyperthreading on a 920.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I also have a H50/

Good for a H50.

I doubt you could do much better without some signifigant upgrades.
