i really doubt the final price will be $1000. i think Nvidia knows that hardly anyone is going to buy a $1000 GPU especially when they have the choice of getting a much cheaper 6990

It just gets a bit tricky when there's this HUGE debate about performance, but as soon as something isn't going one sides way it's all of a sudden WAIT WAIT but no check out the price/performance now.
Performance costs, end of story, we definitely want the best bang for buck but still guys this argument will never end we're going round in circles.

6k HKD is not 1K USD.....
its more like a 800-900USD card if you convert HKD to USD
