Dray... indeed my friend ... but video game sector has a wider audience ... the console gamers are a majority ...

In such high end graphic card market, the audience are the enthusiasts ... and i think, if you want to launch a card that will make some buzz and get the "king of the hill" crown ... you must have time to do all the R&D and testing so it doesn't turn out to be a flop ...

I mean ... using Nvidia words, they've been developing this card for the past 2 years?!?!?!? common ... i can lie too but not that well

I don't want to be too hard with this card but for me it's a disappointment ... If you knew that it would be 2 GF110 from a 570... iwould be really happy since performance is right in the spot

But... knowing that it uses 2 GF110 from the 580 ... it's a disappointment ... not being able to use the full potential nor overclocking ... i mean ... if you overclock it to over 700Mhz the driver will throttle down the card like mad and you never be able to know the power of the gpu's ...

And... when will the non-reference cards be launched ? They will have to rebuild the entire PCB ... new vrm design ... new cooling ... maybe in the end of the summer ...

I was really really expecting something major from Nvidia ... but my guess is that this generation of dual gpu isn't that good ... nor the gpu's by them selfs ... they are powerful yes ... but i can't consider ir a really good gpu ... it's raw performance is pretty high but efficiency wise ... meh ...
