Other than the RAM multiplier, the timings, and of course the voltage up to rated if ever, nope
The heatpipes Phenom II stock cooler is pretty tough - allows for some OC even - but not the best choice.

Thanks! Then I will stick to the 1600MHz (it's even $1 cheaper than the 1333 )

I think I will stick to a stock cooler for now, and maybe get an air cooler later on when there's a good deal..because I really want that other case, and I really can't go over my $700 budget.

Of course, 1600Mhz RAM is usually always cheaper than 1333Mhz, even generic CL9 1333.
The Corsair A70 push-pull dual fan cooler is up for $25 right now on NCIX... just a thought

That's good, one problem solved.

Yeah I saw the A70 deal..but I can't build it right now, gotta wait a month until May when I'm done school and gone back home. I don't have internet in my room right now except wireless, and it's exam time in a week so...
