SSD are the 25 nm = 34 nm?

Thread Starter
I'm wondering, as of now, if I went to a store to purchase a OCZ Vertex 2 Extended Sandforce 120GB 2.5IN SATA2 SSD from NCIX, would it be the re-revised 25 nm that have read/write speeds on par with the 34 nm models?

It's really unfortunate I'm not able to find the links, but as far as it was written on various sites the 25nm is slightly slower, less durable and has less effective garbage collection. OCZ went as far as to replace all drives on 25nm bought by unsuspecting customers.
