Well, in that case I've been really stupid I haven't returned it earlier. I'm gonna do it ASAP, which would mean 30 days without GPU, but I think I can't do anything about it.

Good luck! I have the same flickering issues with games just about any driver I try. 10.12 seems to not flicker as severe as others for me.

Since you are getting artifacts, I would have to agree with it not being driver related.

I doubt there's anything wrong with my card, I'm just having a hard time finding a stable driver. Some drivers work better than others, some don't work good at all. I'm just giving up on the search and bought a GTX 580, I will be using this card on my spare rig from now on.
