False alarm, or am I in trouble?

Just about to leave house, browsing internet.
Windows message pops up- Hard drive failure detected.
Turn off computer.

Return 9 hours later, turn on computer.
See this.

What do?

The complete collection of reported errors:
Drive C initialising error
Bad Sectors on Hard Drive - critical error
Read time - critical error
Boot problem, system files
HDD doesn't respond to system commands - critical error
RAM Memery defrag is required
RAM Memory temperature is 83c (how does it know that??(
Boot sector is damaged -critical error
Files placement on HDD is not optimised, defrag (my C: is SSD)
39% of HDD space is unreadable (doent specify which drive)
1532MB to be removed for computer optimisation (???1532MB of what???)

System is my sig rig, running win7 pro x64 with sp1.
Hard drives- C: Intel X25-M 80GB
Storage:
Hitatchi deskstar 320GB (quite old!)
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB (quite new!)

Any help appreciated... just came home from a very long day to see this, and to top it off I think I'm about to be ill

No!!!!!!!
This happened to me a few days ago
its a rogue anti virus called windows diagnostic. I had to reinstall windows 7. Do not restart.

Is there a possible chance of seeing a screenshot?

Also, did you copy/paste these errors, or did you type them out yourself? If you copy/pasted them, then take notice of how "Memery" is one of the spellings.

Either way, I need a screenshot. Something is fishy since I don't know of ANYTHING that can measure the temperature of a memory stick.

Yep, its a fake program. You can get rid of it by doing this, but windows just wasn't the same after that.

i tried a few websites but my background got stuck as black and i couldn't change it i keep getting crashes aswell.
