OP, glad you got your phone back, and seriously, keep the pictures of your girl off your phone. ESPECIALLY if she's under 18, lord know what kind of trouble you can get into.
If you MUST have naked pictures of her, keep it on your computer in a Truecrypt container, that would be near impossible to get into. Though I recommend the hidden container in a container, and put fake, almost nude, arousing pictures of her in the not hidden container, for plausible deniability.
Though I generally stay away from things like that, in this day and age, most things find there way on the internet. It's a sad state of things really.
