When you raise the FSB you might have to loosen timings a bit ( or lower ram multi, whichever you prefer )... Only way to find out is testing really, finding the balance with your setup...

Just remember to write down all your OC settings first encase you have to do a CMOS reset while OCing RAM. Comes in handy

Did you OC your CPU as well? it's best I think to get your CPU OC stable and then deal with the ram.

Not OCing CPU atm cause VRM's are unsinked lol
but question is still unanswered
does raising ram voltage affect vrms?

The memory isn't powered by the same VRM system as the CPU
Already sent that in a PM; memory gets power from 24-pin
