955BE Good or Dumb overclock?

Alrighty so I have been fudging around with overclocking my system. Here are the detailed specs:

Phenom II x4 955BE C3 3.2Ghz stock (OC'd to 4.0Ghz)
GA-890GPA-UD3H Mobo (Northbridge OC'd to 2800Mhz)

CPU Voltage = 1.475v
CPU/NB Voltage = 1.300v
NB Voltage = Stock (maybe 1.300v?)

CPU Full Usage Temp = 56c
NB Full Usage Temp = 56c

Here is a pic of the OC:
Attachment 201832

My question is this. I know I only ran the Intel Burn Test for 1 session at maximum usage with no errors. But does this overclock seem normal? or good? I am only asking because it seemed really easy for me to get this good of an overclock (northbridge and CPU) with those temperatures. Just being paranoid, but I think I will run Prime95 for a few hours while at work tommrow, any suggestions on length of Prime95?

4Ghz at 1.475V, fairly expectable on that cooler. Lower the voltage if you can, of course. Also use more runs of IBT, i.e. 20, for a more accurate stability test.

20 runs at maximum while I'm at work sounds good. I could try to lower the voltage to 1.45v but I think when I did that at 4ghz a core stopped working according to prime95.

Seems good to me. Ur NB temp might be a little high tho. Have U tried lowering Ur nb volt? Otherwise it looks like a good OC. Be happy

Edit:12 hours of prime and at least 20 paases of IBT set to max.

The NB/CPU voltage can't go any lower (with at least 1 pass of ITB). But the NB voltage I havent touched. Wasn't sure if there is some weird combo with CPU/NB and NB voltages or not.

Think you should be ok with NB Volt around 1.203 to 1.206

So basically lowering the NB voltage? I think the stock is 1.300, but I'd need to check.
Nah. 1.3 seems high, but lower it if U can. U should always tune volts to the minimum if U can. U should also set Ur ram to specs. volts, speed and timings.

Ive tried so many different ram timings and I think the stock I have is what I am most comfortable with. Apparently 8Gbs of any ram with AMD mobo's has issues with lower timings, or at least thats what I was told. But at the moment my CPU/NB voltage is at the minimum 1.300v, my NB voltage is at default, and my CPU is at 1.475v - I may try to lower the CPU a notch and see what happens but I am not to confident.

loading all the ram slots by default lowers the frequency to the next speed down,
for instance ddr 800 would be down to 667 etc
it doesnt lower the timings.
you can just turn them back to up to whats the rated settings though.i think it was only the older cpu's that had weaker imc's-i guess if it starts getting buggy then you will have to lower them to conserve the overclock.
