You're welcome buttttttt.....

You needed not to cut the wires, just to only have disconnected it from the motherboard header.

However you ought to get a replacement from Cooler Master.

I cut the wires cause my wires going to header on MB was sleeved and I did not want to redo it. Anyway , I had it crash on me today. I plugged in a usb micro sd card reader and it crashed. When I rebooted it goes to only 3 cores activated and overclock fails. I reset my settings to unlock cores and it boots up fine on all 4 cores. What the heck could be causing this problem ? confused.gif Thanks

Possibly how you're setting the overclock or something towards there.

I'm not well versed in the overclocking thing (because I run all my computers at stock speed) but maybe someone else may be able to shed light on this - sorry about that.

Hello every one,

It has been for almost 2 weeks that I have purchased a new pc
asus p8z68 v pro,
i7-2600k with stock cooler (no OC)
2x WD Black 500GB
ATI HD4690
HAF 932

I have been encountering reboots ocasionally even in the bios environment.

I have been checking website and changing voltages that is a lot of mess.

The RESET button on my HAF932 does not work at all.
Yesterday when I bent to push the power button and touched the upper edge of the case, suddenly, WIZZ, there was a static discharge on the tip of my index finger!

I searched the internet and I found your comments.
Thanks alot.

I remember that in exactly a couple of times, I had touched the case when the cold reboot had happened. Of course there was not that shocking static discharge in those situations.

Now the problem is that I disconnected all the front panel connectors from the mobo but the reboots still happen.

Furthermore, the RESET Jumpers on the mobo does not work when I short them. but the RESET button on the main itself works.

Is the mobo damaged?

Thanks.
