Network usage

How do i tell what program is using up my network.

My network is pegged out and im not sure why. Is there a way to find out?

A program maybe?

shut it off at the plug for a few mins then back on?if not phone your net provider...i dunno if they are helpful in your country but a call with them normally solves all my problems sometimes get a free net reset.

Are you using windows 7? If so you can open up the resource monitor and look at it. Just go to the network tab and you can see which processes are sending data and at what bytes/sec.
