i7 2600k Gaming/Video Editing/GFX Design Rig- Insight Please!

Okay, I am on the verge of simply clicking the "purchase" button on these items, but, I figured I'd get some help/insight from some experienced enthusiasts before I spend my hard earned cash. I am building this rig with gaming, video editing, and graphic design (Photoshop) in mind. This is also my first time building an "enthusiast" level rig alone, so any tips would be great! My budget is in and around 1600$, I am trying to stay away from breaking 1700.

Here is what I got in my cart.

I am purchasing these parts from Newegg.

And my motherboard is coming from CompUSA

Any constructive criticism would be amazing! Thank you!

I think you picked out a lot of great parts, but a bump so others can see it. You might get a little bad talk about H60 simply because you could get better coolers for that price. Welcome to OCN btw!

Looks like quite a nice build.

I think you can find a GTX560 for cheaper than $300. They go for $250-270 in the great white north so I'm sure you can find them for cheaper than your current price.

The reason it is 300$ is because it is the Superclocked version that includes a copy of Crysis 2. I already put in the order. I'll be sure to include pics and try my best to create a log of it all.

@Turtleslikejohn I've already kinda thought to myself, "I should have gotten the H70", but my budget was so tight. I'm trying to keep my options for the future open though, so I am open to any suggestions for a cooler for the future.

Mobo comes in tomorrow night, can't wait. The rest of the hardware/case comes in Wednesday night, the wait is killing me. I have been stressing a bit over cable management and sleeving. More so the sleeving process. Being that my PSU is modular I won't have any unnecessary clutter, but by looking at my parts, can anyone tell what kind of pin removal tool I'll be needing?

Pretty close to my build which is also for video editing & gaming. If your dealing with HD video, you need more RAM. Also, if you can shop smartly through Amazon and can subscribe to Amazon Prime, you can get it all tax free and two day shipping free. Saved me hundreds. Check out my build in my signature.

Did I see $130 for a 500GB HD?

If youre going to spend $180 you can do alot better on a case...thats not bad though.

Definitely looking to upgrade the RAM in the future. Just tried to get the "core" parts, so to speak. Can anyone answer my question regarding the cable sleeving?

If you look at the pic in this link, You'll need the first and second tool. you can buy them separately. The first tool is for the molex pins. The second one is for the square ones, being the pcixpress pins, motherboard pins, and the 20/24 pins.
