H50 at 60 Celsius ? ?? - Page 3

Thread Starter
well , I finally reset the watercooler H50 , and there was a lot of dust in the radiator.
cleaned everything out and reapplied some CFIII thermal compound however the temps seem to be the same. At stock speeds now I get close to 50 celsius , and I am totally lost on this issue , Might it be the CPU that is a HOT one for some reason ? Or might the H50 be not doing the job ?

Regards

Ralph

I just reseated my H50 and reapplied CFIII thermal compound. Cleaned everything out , and still get high temps , close to 50 celsius running idle .

Not sure what is causing this , bad CPU or H50 ?

There are two steps you need to do when changing from S775 to S1155. Go back and look at the instructions. But if you say its on there tight, guess it doesn't matter. Something is still wrong though.

My room is usually warm and I have only the front case fan running in my HAF 922 (videocard doesn't vent out) with my cpu voltage is fixed at 1.30 (as measured in cpuz) and I'm getting idle temps in the low 30's
