NZXT Phantom VS Lancool PC-K62?

Thread Starter
Ok so I'm not sure which case I want..
The NZXT is $30 more.
I was maybe gonna get a Corsair HD50 and I read some issues with the Phantom but looks like it was fixed ages ago.
I'm probably gonna SLI if that matters.
If I need anything else tell me.
Thanks in advance.
I don't know why my sentences are so fragmented.... Sorry.

Somehow i like the Phantom for its design more than the PC-K62, the PC-K62 looks like the HAF series. The Phantom on other hand is a bit stranger and more interesting.

I personally think the Phantom is better because it has more space, looks nicer and can hold 2x240mm rads (or single 280) or a 360 with some modding, and cable management and all that (not sure on the Lancool) but $30 isn't exactly small but it depends whether you think the extra $30 is worth it.

Having owned the K62, I can tell you it was the best case that was sub $100 bucks I've ever owned, period. It's just a sheer pleasure to work inside.

However, the phantom does have some rather nice features to it as well, and it's one of the best cases in its price range. It's a hard decision, to be sure. However, for future expandability, I'd go with the Phantom.

I typically like sleek and sexy, but the phantom seems to interest me for some reason. Have not seen it in person, but it does have a certain appeal. However, it is a fairly large case compared to other "midsize" cases.

I actually had both the K62 and the Phantom so here's my two cents.

The Phantom is alot larger than the K62, it will be easier to work with things inside. Overall, I think the build quality of the K62 is slightly higher than the Phantom. The Phantom looks more interesting than the K62, although I guess that's subjective. Cooling-wise, both are good. The Phantom has the option of fitting a side 200mm fan, and has 2 top 200mm fans so it might have better airflow. NZXT's customer support is really really good, if you need spare parts, like extra fans, or somethings broken, they will send you parts hassle free. Cable management is good on both cases as well, although I'd say the Phantom does slightly better in that category.

The K62 is probably the best sub-$100 case out there, at least in my opinion, it's really really good. I bought my Phantom for $99 on sale which is a rare find I guess.. but either way it was even a better buy for me than the K62. I'd say the Phantom is the best sub $150 case you can buy right now.
