Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS
MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM
LIAN LI Lancool PC-K62 Black 0.8 mm SECC, Plastic + Mesh ATX Mid Tower
ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

Comes right to $991.92 before shipping. I already have a 24" monitor and keyboard/speakers/mouse. I'm pretty excited since right now I have a POS 2005 prebuilt Dell, but I'd like some opinions first before I get too excited ofc.

Only thing I would add would be a nice CPU cooler, otherwise looks like a pretty solid all around build, seems like you've done your home work on the right components to get. You may also want to trade the HD out for a Samsung F3 1TB as they do tend to be slightly cheaper and slightly faster, but I love my Caviar blacks just as much so not really anything wrong there!

Swap out for a samsung f3 1tb and get at least a hyper 212 for a cheap cooling solution.

Thanks for all the help guys! I swapped out the HDD for the one suggested. I'm not sure if I want a cooling system yet(my case comes with a lot of fans and I'm not going to overclock right away since it's my first build lol AND i want to get a really good one). So in this case would the 650TX be safe to go for if I wanted to run TWO 560s somewhere down the road?

Don't go standard PSU, especially if it's your first build I don't ever regret a second that I got a modular PSU from when I saw my friend build his PC (also his first build) with a 750W TX, what a mess it was lol.
