Hi guys,

Maybe someone here could help me.

I am the owner of an ASUS P6T 2 Deluxe. I recently updated the BIOS to the latest version. I wonder if you guys might be able to help advise me on stock settings.

Just so you know, I am looking to run everything at stock speeds to maximise coolness and life spans. I have an Intel i7 Extreme 975 processer (3.33 GHz) and 1333MHz DDR 3 RAM.

What are the safe, 'regular' settings to run at regular speed (e.g. voltage)? A lot of the BIOS settings seem to have reset to AUTO and I don't want to change anything until I fully understand the effects.
