Can't get Corsair RMA...

Submitted the RMA for my power supply a couple weeks ago and it was approved, but I never got the RMA number and shipping instructions 24 hours later like they said..and I still haven't gotten them.

When I call, I can never get through, and they don't respond to my emails. What gives? I thought Corsair had good support...

Had a similar issue before with my Dominators. When they got my RMA, looks like someone got confused and placed the items in the shop somewhere with no clue what to do. 4 days later, I called and asked what's the hold up since I should have received a replacement very soon since Corsair HQ is just 20mins away. Once I talked to the person, he was able to process my RMA after providing more info and confirmation about my RMA.

Just contact them via phone and you should be helped pretty quickly.

I haven't even gotten to send my power supply back yet.. and I can't get through on the phone. I've called several times now, and the waiting time is always 1 minute, but I'm always on hold for at least 10 minutes before it disconnects (on Corsair's end, not mine..). It's very frustrating.

thats strange, I just submitted an RMA for my Corsair RAM. I filled out the app online and called them by phone to double check everything. I got through to talk to someone within a minute and I got my RMA # with shipping instructions via email about 4-5 hoursa after I submitted the form. which phone number are you calling? And if their 20 minutes away from you couldn;t you have driven there?

20 minutes away from the other guy, not me, I live in Canada.

And I was calling the 1-888 number...I dunno, it's the one listed in their emails.

I had to RMA a Corsair SSD about two months ago. They took a month to ship me a different SSD and the sad thing is I only live about an hour and 30 minutes away from their returns department. I finally emailed them about two and a half weeks after I sent it out thinking they should have emailed me back by now if they've received it. A few days later, I got an email from them apologizing and that their returns department is "experiencing delays with warranty replacement shipments." Quite disappointing but you may be experiencing the same thing whatever this "delay" is frown.gif
