Hello,
I am building new loop for my PC, it will cooling overclocked i5 2500K and GTX570 (one for now, but thinking about SLI in future).
Parts list:
CPU block EK-Supreme HF - Copper Acetal
GPU block EK-FC580 GTX - Acetal
Pump Laing DDC-1plusT
Radiator Black Ice GT Xtreme 560 Black
XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25†Reservoir for One Laing DDC
and fans 4xNoiseblocker BlackSilentPRO PK-3

Can you advice me what I can add/change to make my build as silent as possible?
Thanks a lot.

I'd change the 560 rad to an RX480 by XSPC. Also I'd swap the DDC for a D5 (Personally I think it's quieter, and you won't notice the difference in performance). Otherwise everything looks great; that's going to be a great rig.

Edit: Also, some GT-1850's on a fan controller may perform better than the Noiseblockers and you can use the controller to tune the noise. Most say that the GT's have a very pleasant noise signature and they're very quiet to begin with.

Thanks for advice, can you explain me why you want to change this rad? I think the larger one will work better with low fans rpm. Isn't it?

Personally I don't think you'll notice the difference that much, and the 120mm fans are likely to be more effective than 140mm fans. The RX480 is thick and low FPI, it will cool well and be very quiet. It may also be easier to place in a case.

Edit: The BI GTX 560 has ~20FPI so it will need higher RPM fans to perform well. The RX480 uses something ~10FPI.

If you want low speed fans get the SR-1 model rads.... 560 is HUGE!!!! where you planning to mount it?

you could get away with a 360 rad but if you really want big then have at it

Ok, thanks. I will place rad out of case, on top of it, so the size is not a question.

Is it will be enough for highly overclocked i5 2500K + SLI 2xGTX570?

Thick 360 could handle it, but a 480 would be better.

What about 560? I think it should be more powerfull - means need less fan noise, isn't it? Cause larger cooling area mostly.

The issues with Black Ice rads is that you need powerful fans 2000+ rpm to really take advantage of their awesome cooling power. If you want a nice quiet sub 1800 rpm build XPSC Rasa rads are great and not nearly as expensive for instance that 560 is about 200$ for the RX 360s you are looking at 170. its 30$ cheaper and you gain an extra 120 mm fan space for cooling.

^This. The problem is that the GTX rads have a high Fin Per Inch count, which makes them restrictive to airflow, which is why they need higher RPM fans. The larger cooling surface will be negated by running low speed fans on it.
Conversely the RX rads have a low FPI which allows air to flow freely through them. The result is that at the very top end of the Airflow/Performance chart, the GTX rads will pull away, but without the high airflow the RX rads will perform better.
