Is my case/cooling sufficient?

I plan to crossfire 2x6970s using this case http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=2920 I wanted to know if it would be fine to run the cards with stock cooling, the only real extra cooling being a case fan. The problem is, I've measure and the cards won't fit in the case as is. I took a look around and there's holders in there that I could take out to make room. Would that be fine, or do you need more space in a case for better cooling?

The HAF X would be far better for cooling. Make sure you have a gap between the video cards as well. If i run my cards in CF in slot 1 and 3, the cards are touching and my top card was 95c, now in the haf x and my cards in slot 1 and 4 leaving a gap, my top card only hit 65c in game!

Take a look.
Hope this helps.
PC case you linked up would be ok, but not as cool as the HAF X.

But it would work right? I guess if I wanted to overclock them much in the future I could get a better cooled case and/or water cooling. I think for now thats not really necessary though. Also, is it better to have your computer inside a case with cooling, or is it better if you just keep it out in the open air?

Oh and your bridge connector looks longer than some that I've seen. Do you get the longer or shorter one when you buy a 6970? Where can I get a longer one if needed?

HAF X all the way!!! I just put my rig in a new HAF X this past week and the amount of room you have is amazing. The case is absolutely huge, but well worth the money given the amount of space you have to work with. My Antec 902 looks like a mini tower compared to this thing.
