Hey again,

Basically, remove the cooler again, check for any blemishes, they're not obvious, but there may be some marks that look almost like yellow/orange tire tracks usually located where I've marked in red, the grey is where to place the TIM.

The VRMs could be blown, happens a lot when people change the PCB without applying TIM in the correct places, or just did it slightly wrong.

VRM (Voltage Regulator Modules) are basically power supply units, and when under a high load especially when using DX11 can burn out or become unstable, as the current they need to supply is too high and they burn or become unstable.

Have you tried enabling a constant current? There's a setting in MSI Afterburner, that may help. If not they could be unstable when running DX11.

My knowledge is limited, if I understood fully how a GPU works, I'd help you out more.

I really want to get into it more, I'm just stuck at uni studying building surveying, which I hate, should've done computers hahah!

If it still doesn't work, I'd suggest just RMA'ing it as the others have stated.

Hope this helps!

The red circle on the far right... does that need to be cooled as well? I got everything covered EXCEPT the red circle on the right...
