Need Help Overclocking

Thread Starter
I am trying to overclock my system

2600K
P67A-ud7 Bios f8f
Ram patriot 1600 mhz 8-8-8-24 @ 1.65 is the default

so far i am able to get a stable overclock of 4.5 ghz @ 1.308 Load
i have done prime 95 , small FFT as well as blend

by using the settings

vcore : 1.345
LLC : Level 1
Internal CPU PLL: 1.76

so all good.

now i try to over clock my RAM,
by just increasing
QPI/VTT : 1.12
V RAM : 1.7

i did memtest86 and it passes with out any error

but after i over clock my RAM
when i run Blend - prime 95 , i get BOSD ; where is the problem now ?
should i increase vcore or vram/qpi,vtt ?

also i need suggestion how to over clock RAM better and safe .
thanks

I would leave the RAM voltage alone. I believe you're meant to use 1.5V RAM on 1155 socket chipsets, I wouldn't run it at 1.7V

Otherwise, if it was stable before you increased the RAM voltages, I would leave it at that.
