Catalyst Failing

When I plugged in all 4 of my HDDs the screen goes all borked and then crashes then upon reboot I look at the cause and it's my display drivers that failed on me O_o?

Note: I am only running with my 4830 since my 4850 is in need of an RMA

Would the problem be that I installed the display drivers with the 4850 and not the 4830 and there's a conflict? Maybe reinstalling the divers?

Reinstalling only made it worse (Didnt need hdds in to cause issue)
Trying my NVIDIA G210 card, if problem presists then might be PSU dying

OK =.= Well looks like I wont be going crossfire any time soon... HELL even playing any of my games at this point.

First my 4850 gives me coil noise issues and now this.

What gpu company should I look into? ATI or NVIDIA?
Either one is fine with me at this point just no $400-500 cards on a slight budget
