$730 Build for a friend, advice?

Hey,

My friend would like a $730 build, and here's what I've got so far - Prices are in USD but are based on the typical cheap prices here in Hong Kong
I'm giving him my old Corsair TX750W and my Thermalright Ultra120 so a PSU and CPU cooler is not included in the $730.

Intel Core i5 2500k ($240)

Palit GTX460 768Mb in SLI ($130 per card)

MSI P67A GD-55 ($165)

Kingston 1333Mhz Generic DDR3 RAM (2x2Gb) ($20 per stick)

Western Digital SATA III Caviar Blue 500Gb ($35)

Antec Three-Hundred Case ($50)

LG Optical Drive ($20)

Total Cost: $810

I'm currently $80 over-budget, any help as to how to lower the cost? Am I over-extending on anything? I'm trying not to lower processing power and graphical prowess here D=

My 2 cents on what you can save:
*I'm not sure what is the target resolution for this rig, but the 768MB of the 460s may come a bit short, moreover with the overhead of the SLI; if you can find I suggest a single Radeon 5850 or a 5870; they're as fast as a GTX 460 1GB with a decent amount of OC or a 6870 and have good OCing abilities. They may be slower than 2x460s 768 in SLI in low resolution, but at high res (2MP+) the single 58x0 could come on top.
*there must be a 10$ allowance to go with a Samsung F3, it's such a better drive.

cheers

My friend's getting a 20-21.5" monitor, so no 2MP there, mostly 1920x1080 (We live in Hong Kong, lack of space = no space for 2560x1600 goodness).

Samsung F3s are more expensive here, and they are surprisingly rare here as well.

The 58xx series is uber-outdated and stores have completely sold out of them. The ones which are in stock cost over $275 and are just a plain rip-off.

Should I just get a i5 2400 and not OC, and only get a GTX 560Ti?
