Indeed. Gives the same errors. I just disabled the 8800 GT/GTS in device manager and looks things might be working... Will report as soon as I can confirm.

The last resort I would take...

Remove all GPUs, test each one individually at folding.
Then add one GPU and 1 client at a time till it errors out.

Ok! It's working. I've got all 3 GTS 450s running. I'll let these run for a few to see if they are stable before adding the 8800s in.

So temps are for all 3 GPUS are: 95C @ 100%. Will that be a problem? 100% GPU load on all 3.

That's a bit hot, but I guess its OK for GPUs.

GPUs can tolerate quite a bit more heat that CPUs.

No its not ok, it just started folding now.

Once I disabled the geforce 8800 GT and GTS all the clients work. I'm using the GPU tracker now.

Hahaha... Emm well I stood the side door up with its fan so hopefully that will help. I might have to buy a ****load of scythes. At least if I want to keep this setup.

There isn't much room. Once I get this working I'm going to do a thread with pics and my build but here's one so you get an idea of what I'm going for...

from what i was told is that in vista and win 7 there is a 8 display port maximum. as in each card has 2 so you cant have more then 4 gpu's working in a box now.

again was what i was told from some big gpu folders. they said if you want to do that to use winxp
