Bump up your CPU-NB voltage and/or RAM voltage. Increasing cpu volt helps too sometimes.
What clocks? what mobo? what RAM?

Ok, so you're trying 4GHz for CPU. What FSB x Multi combination are you using? 200 x 20?... CPU Voltage for 3.9GHz?
What is your CPU/NB clock set at? ... and CPU/NB voltage?
What is your RAM clock set at?....and RAM voltage?
RAM stock settings(speed, timings and voltage)
Mobo is 87TD EVO or 88TD EVO?. Can not find 8TD EVO.

for some reason anything over 1.45vCore makes it shoot from 50c to 58+ with no sight in end so i stop the prime95 test. even at 1.46vCore. strang for .1vCore to raise a cpu 10c?
