Might also want to check the CPU fan since it says 0 RPMS on the boot screen and 56 C on CPU temp at boot.

OR

A USB pen drive (1GB or more)

And alot of time (depending on your internet connection)

First, download Ubuntu

Then once it has downloaded, either download Imgburn (if you are using a DVD)

OR

Download Pen-Drive Linux

Now, just select the ISO file (the file you downloaded earlier) and burn it to your pen drive/DVD.

NOW

You'll have to enter BIOS, and navigate to where it says boot devices priority (or something like that), and select DVD as first boot, or USB (depending on how you installed)

Almost done, will update instructions later
It won't take much time to download, got 10 Mb/s internet(downloads at 1 Mb/s)

would laptop with DVD writer and CDBurnerXP work?

For legal reasons we're not allowed to discuss such sites here.

However, yes, you could reinstall XP.

Its definintly an operating system problem it also looks like you need to go into the bios by pressing the delete key, once in there just go to save settings and exit then on the next boot it should boot up with out stopping and having to press the F1 key. Then once you get past the the bios splash screen and before the bars start going across the bottom of the screen you want to start pressing the F8 key that will give you the boot menu then select boot in safe mode. And see if it gets to the desktop in safemode if it does its proberly got a bad driver. It might be easier to just reinstall the operating system complete.

btw. i went to Safe mode by pressing F8 or something, then pressed F1, then F8 again, started in safe mode and it got stuck like usually.

Could u make little instruction/or something on how to reinstall OS?

Its easy. You obviously need the Operating System Disc. Put it in your DVD / CD drive, boot from it (select it in your BIOS's boot menu), and follow the directions on screen.

Your issue is very CLEARLY a corrupt operating system. My question is, WHY DID IT GET CORRUPT? (Caps for emphasis, not yelling).

You could have a bad hard drive, bad memory (RAM), or you could have gotten a virus of some nasty kind. The only real way to find out for sure is get Windows installed and see if it works from there. There's tons of other options, but they're a lot more advanced.

And you will have a VERY hard time finding a graphics card to fit that motherboard these days. That takes an AGP card, which those are so old its not even funny anymore. You can still find them, but they are EXTREMELY overpriced, and it would be cheaper to replace the board, CPU, and RAM instead of buying just the new graphics card.

Read the link in one of my previous posts, it explains the problem

And to get things sorted, I can't give links to Windows XP downloads (it's against OC.Net's TOS), but search around on youtube or something for ISO downloads. Then download Imgburn, and burn it to a DVD (make sure you use a low burn speed, otherwise it may not work )
