high temps for 2500k

hi guys,

need help, my english is little bad

my config is

2500k
asus p8p67-pro b3 version

gskill f3-12800cl9d-4gbnq 1600mhz

palit sonic570 gtx platinum

corsair tx650w

got the cpu,gpu,mobo recently.at starting system did not boot no display, changed the rams to gskill trident started working,same rams worked with my previous i5 760, even it had this problem,it got sorted out after changing slots,this time it didn't work even with single,since I barrowed tridents from my friend it started working,now I have another problem, when I went to bios temp went up from 68 to 90 it was increasing,had to switch off,removed heatsink and cleaned,applied thermal paste reinserted the heatsink getting stable 65-68 still too hot btw this from bios, after installing os and nvidia drivers my idle gpu temp 53.is this normal for graphics card? also iam using stock cooler for cpu

Those temps are very hot for an idle cpu. Even with a stock cooler that is hot. I would suggest getting really good air cooler for your cpu to keep temps down and to do everything you can to increase airflow in your case. That should also decrease you gpu temps. 53 for a gpu isn't horrible. However the true test of whether your gpu is running too hot is to test it under load. If it is getting over 80C-85C under load, it is running too hot. Tweaking the cooling in your case and getting a good cpu cooler should help your temps a ton. If not, you probably should rma that cpu and get a another one.

sorry, actually those are from bios,iam getting 46-48 from hw monitor, also while using air conditioner my idle gpu temp droped to 46-47 and cpu around 43-44,will get air cooler for sure,iam using coolermaster 690 ii advance, confused either upgrade to haf932/nxzt phantom or add some fans to my current rig
