And the "pay if you liked it" is BS, do you not pay for your food at a restaurant if the meal wasn't as good as you would have liked, and people will just say they didn't like the movie/game/song even if it was the best thing ever just to have an excuse not to pay.
So, in your mind stealing from the rich to give the poor is immoral?
Maybe you should reconsider your value system, my friend.
And besides, you're not stealing.. you're taking away Potential revenue.
It would be the same if your friend asked you if Crysis 2 was worth buying and you said no.
Crytek wouldn't get money from that. But they wouldn't LOSE money.. only potential money.
They also won't get money from me for the abomination that is Crysis 2.
So, does that mean I shouldn't still play the game just because they're not worthy of my money?
I say heck no!
I never said it would work. Society is built on the premise of a lower-class of subject-able sheep, and they don't have integrity, nor can they truly appreciate anything.
It's just my personal musing. But yes, I wouldn't pay for food that I thought was awful. I'll compensate the restaurant from the ingredients and the chef's time, but I will not pay full price. In fact, the restaurant should get nothing from me if they make bad food.. unless it was personal preference.
