I tried 280.26 and I actually saw a framerate drop due to the inability to up voltage. Though V-sync on 280.19 in Deus Ex has smoothed out alot of the problems. I get erratic irritating chop for maybe 30seconds after a loading screen, then its smooth. I cant bring myself to use 280.26, losing 80mhz core damages my soul.

Also with 280.26 I did notice 2 points where my GPU actually dropped to 0% and I had never seen that on 280.19. My guess is that this game was just optimized for an AMD card seeing as how they REALLY want you to see AMD when you start the game up lol.

When you let them run unbound it seems some part of the rendering pipeline is using too much of your hardware and causing high temperatures and sync issues.

So to explain lets use this example:

Your trying to draw a circle and fill it with a color as many times as you can in a second, but someone programmed you wrong.

Unbound:
You draw the circle 900 times, then start filling each one only getting to 225 frames, but you ran out of time to nicely display all the images and had to rush really quickly. This causes you to show some of frame 1 then some of frame 2 at the same time.... which looks bad.

Bound:
You draw the cricle 120 times, then fill it 120 times, getting exactly 120 frames. Then you show each frame for 1/120th of a second while working on the nest 120 frames.... taking it easy and sipping a rum and coke inbetween....

Get it now?

Sorry for going all technical on ya'll....
Yes! Now I read you. Thanks for the explanation

By no stretch of the imagination is that right. I get ~95-9700 on my bios crippled system at stock.

ETA: Actually can you show a score breakdown?

That score is very wrong. I get 11.1k @ 715core. You should be well over 9k.
