For those who may have trouble flashing this bios, flash it from DOS and use this command.

Good luck!
Hey Aptna,

What clocks is your card now reporting since you flashed with the MSI Bios?

I'm just curious to wonder as the Asus card is overclocked slightly!

Well I'm about to be part of the club, this was the most GPU power I can stuff into my new build so I just ordered an EVGA Classified 590. Should be here on friday according to amazon (no sales tax in cali yet?) so I'm pretty excited.

Hey bro, it's " 608, 1707, 1215. I'm not too worried about it. I think the difference is minimum. And I am glad I can enjoy the card for now after having it sit idle for 2 weeks. lol

By the way, does anyone know how to setup sterioscopic 3d?

I went to NVIDIA control panel to enable it, then the screen just turned black. Also, I clicked set up and it also turned black. What could the the reason for this?

i remember reading many post ago that it is required to proof pics of ownership?

the cable management part is still incomplete, waiting for quite a bit of clips, UV CCFL, sleeves being posted to me. trying to get a blue/black theme into this interior.

i downloaded the basic/free and ran 3DMark 11 and my scores were SURPRISINGLY LOW . ran it a few times, on one screen only, under Performance Preset. my scores hover around P5000 - P5200. shockingly low right?

so i thought it could be a few factors, but i am not sure...

- driver?
using 280.26, according to Nvidia Update, its the latest and it was a clean install.

- heat?
open casing at the moment, one GPU core idling around 45 Celsius. the other is even lowered around 5-10 Celsius.

- PSU under-ed powered?

- CPU need to be oC?

- Windows 7 64bit Ultimate?
haven't update it yet, it was a clean install after building my new setup.

Thats awesome I just ordered one from amazon on the 8th and got it in today. It came in a much smaller box than the first 590 I ordered. This one has a different bios on it too and the voltage is increased just a tad bit.

Does the new classy still come with the full backplate? I hate the half-plates the Asus one has.

Yup only difference is in the smaller box is no mouse pad, no Tshirt, a cooler sticker than the old one, and the card has a newer bios that ups the voltage to .938
