Back exhaust is not really a problem since, it won't exactly happen...The turbine spinning outward in the 590 is more of a pressure area than the front fan...I mean it's not ideal but, it's a 1-2c difference.
The GPU2 question is a good one and I don't have an answer for it.

What thermal pad? If you mean the thermal pads on the memory chips I never removed those. If you mean on the GPU itself, there was no pads, just paste. Just curious, as I have no intention of returning the PC. But thanks for the info. I still have no idea why mine seems to run hotter then a lot of other 590 owners. Same voltage as everyone else, same speed. Thats why I repasted it. I thought maybe it was the AW case but guess not.

my Zotac 590 runs at 80 degrees undero FULL LOAD.

Is yours higher than that bro?

i saw a video by Nvidia that the guy had set the fan profile at normal and his stock 590 was running at 85 degrees and the Nvidia developer was 100% cool with that.

Guys, i need some help with my build, see, i have a MicroATX rig and im going to add two GTX 590s Watercooled with a Kollance Exos 2 V2 with Heatkiller waterblocks and i am making the calculations of the amount of nozzles and the lenght of tubing i will need and a doubt came to my mind.

I am planning on using the Heatkiller GPU-X² / GPU-X³ X Dual Link Bridge Block (link to the item is:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14821/ex-blc-1035/Heatkiller_GPU-X_GPU-X_X_Dual_Link_Bridge_Block_-_1_Sot_10191.html )

And my question is how do the video card waterblocks attach to the Heatkiller Dual Link Bridge? Do i need to consider 2 additional nozzles to attach each waterblock to the Dual Link? Or do the Waterblocks attach to the Dual Link in some way i havent yet seen?

The thing here is the more i look for a picture that shows 2 GTX 590 Video cards connected in SLI with the Heatkiller Waterblocks and the Dual Link the less i find any relevant info!

Please help! Im hesitant to build it and post how it looks!

I have seen it hit 92 consistantly. That is, before the new TIM. I dont see above 88 now. I guess it may be that its all good until 97 but I just cant stand high temps lol. I am ADD about it.

Same here bro

I see 80 MAX. Usually around low 70s though

however I dont mind always gaming on low 60s though i cant bother with water cooling at this moment.

I notice over 1,000 3dmark2011 points going from 608mhz to 700mhz. That's a lot more than 5%.

@Masked

Is it possible to run a 590 along with a 580 in Tri-SLI or why does your signature rig state GTX 590 + GTX 580?

This is true, however, you don't actually see this gain in anything other than 3dmark...

In the VAST majority of games that are out there, you're already capped...

The only REAL reason to OC the card, or even to worry about it, is benching...Otherwise, it's simply a waste of energy.

The real world benefit is @5% which, is folly.

My cards are not in Tri-Sli.

All versions of windows since XP have allowed the end user to have 2 different graphics driver profiles enabled on their system.

I use a GTX 590 on my primary monitor and I use the GTX 580 for Physx and to power the 2 outside monitors in my setup.

Since we've been over this many times, I'll mention it again ~ It is NOT possible to tri-sli the GTX590...Not even in customizing your drivers because you lose sync at the bios level...

It is possible to use them separately.

Guys do you think te Corsair HX1000 is enough to run 2 gtx 590 in SLI?
