Forgot to add a link

http://site.hardwarena.com/Video-Inceleme-Zalman-ZM-MFC3.html

Fans work on a voltage principal ~ Basically, voltage controls the speed of the fan ~ Has a max/min but, voltage is your control.

The issue with the fans being on the motherboard, like I said earlier, is that there's a constant fight for power -- And while you don't actually SEE this fight, if you had a good monitoring program, you can actually see the conflicts, especially if you overclock.

My major issue with fans on the motherboard, is that if you have too many and one shorts, you've essentially just given a lead to fry out your whole system.

If you have 1 fan on the motherboard, like your CPU fan, that's warranted because 1 fan isn't going to cause any issues...So 1 fan, isn't a conflicting issue...2/3/4/5 fans, yes, absolutely.

I've actually watched an intern fry her computer because the PSU shorted, fan came on...Click click click...SPARKS...Dead everything.

So what do I mean by a fan controller?

Any of these: http://www.xoxide.com/5fanco1.html
Many of these: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/fancontrollers.html

Your goal is control the fans OFF of a software based protocol that's undervolting -- Turbo is BS and it throttles the fans, tremendously.

For YOU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Zalman-Rheobus-Channels-Aluminum-ZM-MFC1/dp/B000S0UOBW/ref=pd_cp_computers_0

Or maybe: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lamptron-Controller-2-Channel-Anodized-Aluminium/dp/B002R84J28/ref=sr_1_18?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1332340973&sr=1-18:

I totally understand you now.

I was actually thinking to leave the CPU fan on the motherboard too before reading your post, and connect all other fans to the CPU fan controller.

Unfortunately here in Turkey we only have the Zalman Fan Controller.

http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.asp?idx=341

Will this do the job or should i try to import the ones you mentioned?

The Zalman is around 110 US dollars here.

just Pmed you.

Edit : Also you were right. I changed the fan profile to SILENT, whish is even lower than standard, and i have the exact same temperatures. Lol No need for Turbo I guess.

You really should type out the commands and not just drag it over that way you can see the window after it finishes and read if it was successful.....
