I haven't but I will once I have my card back in my system. I'm using my 8800 GTS right now. No stuttering whatsoever. I'm using the same drivers too (266.58). But maybe the stuttering only occurs on certain GPUs?

Update: I put the GTX 280 back into my system and ran FurMark for 32m and I didn't get a single dip Before, the erratic frame rates would start after only a few minutes.

EDIT: I tested a few of my games, Crysis 2 being one of them, and I didn't get any erratic frame rates. The video card may have been loose, the 12v power cables might have been loose, or dust could have had something to do with it. I noticed dust on some of the stock coolers thermal pads.

The new cooler seems to be working out great. I used Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive to secure all the VRAM and voltage regulator heatsinks.

In summary, anyone who's having erratic frame rate problems like I was, try disassembling your video card's cooler and clean any dust out. Some of the dust may be caked on to the board and can't be reached with compressed air.
