Product is HIS HD 4890 H489FN1GH Radeon HD 4890 1GB

The fan now makes an unbearable noise, that only goes away with a slight tap to the back of the case, I'm assuming that the bearings have waved goodbye. I didn't see any lubrication point, so I'm assuming the issue can't be fixed.

Fan is slightly larger than 70mm, obviously a 70mm replacement would be fine. This fan comes with no shroud, and the mounting points seem to be 3 point triangular.

Google, Newegg, and Jabtech didn't seem to show any suitable replacement.

If a new fan can't be found for it, then a cheap after market cooling solution that fits this card would be acceptable.

Rep to all those that provide useful information regarding alleviation of the issue. Thanks for your help!
