Going over final OC i7-950

Have a couple of things to bring up and im sure this will help FUTURE questions to be answered for others...

1st: Qpi/dram core voltage AKA (VTT) is 1.35... my Dram voltage is 1.65 is the .5 rule of Dram is to never be .5 above VTT making this a bad VALUE in my bios?

2nd:My Cpu PLL voltage is 1.88 wanting to get the lowest values I can.. can this be 1.8? or lower

3rd: IOH is 1.24 confused as I dont know what that is.

4th: Load Line calibration is ENABLED do i want this disabled? to have constant volts due to it enabling vdroop directly?

5th: CPU Amplitude? needs to be on auto?

6th: Hardware prefetcher and adjacent cache line prefetcher are enabled? do they need to be disabled???

THIS IS MY MAIN CONCERN HERE....
INTEL VIRTUALIZATION TECH is enabled but if i go through advanced tab below north bridge config. theres INTEL VT-d config... and thats disabled... Does intel virtualization tech need to be disabled and if it does... what is the VT-d that is already disabled...?

1) Last I checked 1.65 minus 1.35 = .30. = good VALUE ,over .5v would be BAD

2) cpu pll it can be auto.

3) ioh is input output hub.

4) enabled to get steady vcore as set in bios.
disabled needs more vcore@same clock stable

5) yea

6) no

MAIN) I disable it ,no need for virtual drives.

ok so nevermind the comment about reset it just disabled right when i clicekd disable. I guess the full reset meant a complete shut down and startup because after BIOS it shut down than completely restarted.

also, the cpu pll... i dont have a AUTO option i have to input numbers... is 1.8 fine and better than 1.88? and will i ever have to adjust this is if i go to 4.2 or 4.4 ghz from my 175x23 4.02ghz overclock.

on the IOH input output hub what is the voltage supposed to be at im at 1.24... im going for minimals so i can have the least heat and i can learn what the lowest values can be. my QPI is only at 6318mt/s the option above slow mode.. there is a 7xxx mt/s and a 8xxx mt/s if i were to go from teh 6318mt/s or whatever to a higher one what is effected... as i know one thing goes up anotehr has to go down.. or something else is effected.
