Skripka: I'm not really concerned about freeing up other channels because all I have left are a set of intake and exhaust fans. I'm leaning towards one channel for pull and another for push, plus one channel each for the intake and exhaust. I've pretty much given up on positive air pressure as I don't know what intake setup can compete with 6 AP-15s pulling and pushing air out.

Seeing_Red: Sounds reasonable. I think Martin pegged the AP-15s at 4.3w startup and 1w sustained, so even if I did want to put all 6 on a 30w channel I think I'd have enough overhead. I'll definitely give the Sunbeams a gander, too.

I'm considering using the RPM pin from one fan on a channel to give me an estimate for the others, and using a controller with a RPM display too. Whatcha think?
