Crysis 2 and GTX 590: What the hell? -SOLVED- - Page 2

I'm also having some issues with the game (non performance related, just network related)
and yes 1 GF110 GPU is weaker than a 6950 at those clocks.

Not for me. I applied the crossfire profile for it this morning, got a 40+ FPS boost from a single 4890 and have no flickering. Microstutter is very evident though.

Does your Display driver stop working too after some time?
I play with my GTX 295 Quad and performance is great though.
To enable SLI just add the Crysis 2.exe to the Crysis Warhead SLI profile with the Nvidia SLI profile tool that will work great!
I explained that process here with Assassins Creed Brotherhood:http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/9688...roblems-4.html

The flickering is the games fault cause of the badly translated console code but that will be patched soon.
Water and most ground scenes flicker a lot I noticed that.
I play at maximum settings on a 1920x1290 with Vsynch 60FPS solid no FPS drop.
Only thing that annoys me is that there are very limited graphic settings...probably also cause of the console coding-.-

I hope that will be patched and solved!

Crytek completely failed with this "made for PC" version of Crysis 2.

SLi/ CFX + Crysis 2= epic fail.

Thread Starter
Turns out that the GTX295 I previously used had some leftover .dll files. And when I installed a 280 for dedicated physx, the drivers freaked out. After uninstalling the drivers, running driversweeper on safe mode and reinstalling the drivers I'm getting around 60 FPS on single GPU mode. Still have the flickering on multi-gpu mode btw

I've never had SLI issues with Crysis 2, since installing EVGA's SLI patch. The only problem I am facing is the water flickering issue.
