Unlocked, yes. Locked, they're actually fairly close at the res OP would be playing:

Of course, if he wants to go higher, the extra VRAM on the 6950 widens the gap significantly.

Although, if he doesn't mind doing the OCing himself though there are 2GB 560s as well

Well from the review that yeahi just posted, it looks as if the 560's outperform the 6950's.

When OC'd yes. The charts I posted were of a stock reference model.

For example, the AMP edition (@ 950 MHz core) is ALMOST equal to a stock 480.

How well could I overclock on a twin frozr? I want to hit something like 950 core,2000 shader, and 2100 memory.

TF2 is one of the best aftermarket coolers available. Of course, nothing is guaranteed but temps shouldn't be a problem at those clocks.

TF2 doesn't have VRM contacts though, so you do want to be careful overvolting. So long as you don't mod the bios to go beyond the limits of afterburner though, you should be fine.

The video on my first post from linustechtips, the guy had it at 1.12 for the core voltage. Hopefully that isn't too much. He had his clocks at 1 ghz core, 2000 shader, 2100 mem. Which was on a twin frozr.

If you hit 950 on the core, you will be running 1900 on the shader. You'd need them to be clocked to 1ghz for 2000 shader.

And you're also aiming low with a 2100 mem clock. They easily do 2300 +.
