Can update SSD

Today i got my ssd but i cant update it, i downloaded the toolbox from OCZ website, then select the SSD and update, it says " downloading firmware " then it installed it an it all ok, bue when i got back to see what firmware i got it says 1.29 .. but on ocz website it says this

New v1.32 Firmware

so.. ?

other thing, should i leave on bios IDE MODE or AHCI MODE ?

Should be on AHCI and it can't be the drive your O/S is installed on. First I remove my SSD, then boot to a HDD that has windows 7 only installed with only necessary drivers making sure there is no intel AHCI installed. Then I hot plug my SSD(Vertex 2), run the toolbox and it always works.

yes but, which firmware are u using, im still on 1.29.. cant update idk why...
the other thing is that my ssd is 120gb, but on win i have 107gb available... is that ok or should i have 115gb available ?
